AKB48 and SKE48 Member Rie Kitahara Cast in "Kazoku Game"

AKB48 and SKE48 member Rie Kitahara will appear in the new Fuji drama "Kazoku Game" which will begin airing in April every Wednesday at 10PM.
The drama stars Arashi member Sho Sakurai who plays the tutor Yoshimoto, a person who uses violence and other unusual methods to teach his student their family lessons.
In the drama, Kitahara will be playing the girlfriend of the son of a prominent family and will be smart, cute and independent.
"The story is exciting and compelling. I will take on the role not as an idol, but as an actress," she said.
Fans of the idol will be able to see the singer in the sweet phase of a relationship, something they won't see anywhere else as Kitahara adheres to AKB48's dating ban.
